1. First of all, hats off to the honesty shown by the Vedic Bramhins, though much belatedly, but still worthy of whole hearted appreciation. In all their personal spaces Vedic Bramhins assert themselves as Bramhins first and not as Hindus, in public also if you ask him/her as to who are you, the answer will be a Bramhin, not Bramhin Hindu. This is not only my observation but many others will also be sharing the same.
2. The sacred thread “Janeyu” of Bramhins worn after proper Upanayan ceremony / Yagnyapavit vidhi is their only core symbol which distinguishes them from other Non Bramhin Hindus. The Bramhinical scriptures have therefore not allowed the sacred thread Janeyu to other Varnas.
3. The Vedas, Upanishads, Bramhanas, Smritis, Shrutis all this is not the literature of Hindus but the literature of Vedic Bramhinical religion called Arya Varnashram Dharma. And there is no mention of the word “Hindu” in these scriptures but everywhere it mentions Varnashram Dharma, Vedic Dharma etc.
4. Bramhins during all the ancient, medieval and modern history never identified themselves as Hindus but as Arya Bramhins. The entire ancient Vedic and post Vedic literature is testimony to this, still I will give two historical evidences for medieval and modern period.
5. First – during medieval period specifically Bramhins requested to exempt themselves from payment of Jiziya on the pretext that they are not Hindus but Firoze Shah Tughlaq did not grant them exemption. Second – during modern period Swami Dayanand Saraswati in 1875 established “Arya Samaj” and not Hindu Samaj for reconverting them after performing Shuddhi.
6. The Gods, religious practices, rites, ceremonies, traditions which Bramhins believe and practice are totally different from that of Non Bramhin lower caste Hindus. Please read the book “Why I am not a Hindu” by the great scholar Kancha Ilaih sir. 7. It also means that till now Bramhins have fooled Non Bramhins by saying that they are Hindus. Now when Bramhins have dissociated themselves from the Hindu religion all the Non Bramhins should first refuse to perform any ceremony from Bramhin priests and start engaging non Bramhin priests from their own community.
8. The Bramhin head priests / priests from all the big Hindu temples, religious trusts should be removed and the Non Bramhin priests to be engaged. All the religious donations in the possession of Bramhin priests should be transferred to non Bramhin priests.
9. As RSS claims that it is a Hindu organisation so it’s head should also be a Hindu, hence the Bramhin Mohan Bhagwat should immediately step down and the affairs should be handed over to non Bramhin Hindu. Similar to be done in respect of all Hindu organisations / outfits headed by a Bramhin. In future no Bramhin to become leader of any Hindu organisation.
