There is no caste named ‘Mala Ayawar’ in this Country, But all of sudden a caste called ‘Mala Ayawar’ appeared in the list of Scheduled castes in Telangana. It is a conspiracy that the caste name is entered with a conspiracy to confuse and deny the opportunities to the Mala community.
A representation is submitted to the Hon’Ble Governor of Telangana Tamilisai Soundararajan for the removal of non existent caste ‘Mala Ayawaru’ which is wrongly or with a conspiracy entered in Telangana Scheduled Castes list. https://t.co/xy9axykBCJ

Her Excellency Honourable
The Governor of Telangana State
Raj Bhavan,
Hyderabad.
Respected Madam,
Sub: Request for issue of “ Erratta “ or Abstract notification to
the GO.Ms No.2 SC D{POA.A2} dated 22.01.2015 in Scheduled Caste list Sl.No.34 MALA, MALA AYAWARU shall be changed as only in SL.No.34 as MALA , in place of MALA, MALA AYAWARU – REGD.
This is to bring your kind notice that in the interest of public of Telengana , particularly in respect of SC-MALA caste in Telengana. In this regard we would like bring to your kind notice that after bifurcation of Andhra Pradesh in 2014 by AP Re-organization Act 2014 by Government of India on March 1st 2014 while bifurcating the powers, in regard to Fifth Schedule related to In the Constitution Scheduled Castes Order 1950 in part XXV, at SL. No.34 instead of MALA it has been entered or typed as MALA, MALA AYAWARU without state government, parliament and President of India approval under Article of 341 of Indian Constitution, a new caste name i.e MALA AYAWARU was included in AP Re-0rgnisation Act 2014 in Fifth Schedule in Section 28.
In this connection, it is requested to Telegnana Government kindly review the matter seriously by constituting a high level committee and recommend to Social justice and Empowerment Ministry, Government of India, so as to make or issue necessary amendment/ Erratta notification by repealing or deleting MALA AYAWARU (at SL.No 34 in Scheduled caste reservation list ) the unwanted and unclassified or which does not exit at all in Scheduled Caste Society in neither Telengana nor in AP.

Further it is to inform that The Constitution of India Scheduled Caste Order 1950 0r in Order 1956 it is very clear as at SL.No. 34 MALA is clearly mentioned. But whereas in AP REORGANISATION ACT 2014 Fifth Schedule Scheduled caste list at Sl.No.34 MALA, MALA AYAWARU how this MALA AYAWARU was inserted without any approval of President of India Gazette Notification
It seems to be that at SL.No.34 instead of MALA caste they also added MALA AYAWARU intentionally for the purpose of political gaining’s to weak the MALA caste candidates opportunities in educationally and in public Employment without proper parliamentary/ Administrative procedure as per Procedure Established by Law in Indian Constitution under Article 21 and 341. At least without consulting or without intervention of the National Commission for Scheduled Caste under Article 338(9) of Indian Constitution, a new Caste name or fabricated Caste created as MALA AYAWAR to spoil or to nullify the future of Mala Community. Further more to say that the MALA AYAWARU caste doesn’t exist in Telengana society. Hence it is requested to take necessary constitutional and administrative procedure to remove/repeal/delete the addl. Caste I.e MALA AYAWARU caste word, so as to remove the ambiguity prevailed among the SC Mala Community and to enable them to apply Educational Entrance examinations or to Apply Govt Recruitment examinations through online.
At Present SC Mala Students/ candidates are facing problems , while applying online the column is to be filled as MALA but where as at SL.No.34 is indicating MALA, MALA AYAWAru…. Which is leading unnecessary confusion among SC Mala candidates. If the government is going to clear by issuing necessary ERRATTA /ABSTRACT notification really the sc Mala community will be always thankful to the Telengana Government and Government of India.
Thanking u Very much Sir
Yours faithfully,
